At Designed by TB, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned after the 14-day window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect when received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
